Return and exchange policy: 1- There is no exchange or return in accordance with the laws of the Ministry of Commerce. 2- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to replace or return the product provided there is a defect in the product, within three days of receiving the product. Shipping and non-receipt policy: In case the customer does not receive the order upon delivery attempt by the shipping company, the shipment will be returned to the store. The customer bears the cost of shipping again. The order cannot be canceled or refunded after it has been shipped from the store. The store is not responsible for any damage or loss of the shipment with the shipping company in case the customer does not receive the order.
